Ran PCI DSS compliance for the full SaaS platform, alongside Development Manager.

• Four annual PCI DSS assessments (2019 to 2022), each passed with no open findings
• Compliance supported a SaaS price increase, larger for PCI Proxy

Freelance Senior Project Manager

Freelance practice for 30 clients in travel, engineering, medical, fashion, non-profit and automotive.

• Built an IoT monitoring platform for the Vienna State Opera (via ART for ART)
• Delivered websites, online travel agencies, Magento 2 shops and custom applications

Implementation Manager

One of seven project managers handling implementations across EMEA.

• Owned delivery from contract signature to go-live for travel agencies and OTAs
• Delivered the Romanian PCI DSS pilot for 180+ clients, later extended across EMEA

Chief Technology Officer
